Registration and accommodation

We setup the registration form according to the information you need as the organizer and according to the information we need in order to provide the best service for your guests. We handle online registration through a secured site or submission via fax or mail, payments, inquiries, hotel and travel reservations We produce different reports along with namebadges, documents, tickets etc.

Accommodation can be booked through In Touch in connection with the registration or directly with the hotels. As we handle a considerable amount of roomnights per year, we have favorable terms and prices, which your guests benefit from.

If accommodation is reservered via In Touch, we make block reservations at selected hotels and manage the agreements.
