In the 1980'es team building was hot and the way forward in order to develop team spirit and co-operation in companies, associations etc. Teams can be very different and the fact is that during a day we take part in many different teams - a meeting with a client, lunch with a certain group of colleagues, meeting with a project group etc.

That is why we focus on relationships between people and each person's capability to take part in different settings and teams. If you are able to create relations between people and develop these, then you hold the very key to develop a company, an association etc.
